Festival d'Auvers-sur-Oise

The Festival of Auvers-sur-Oise is as much an amazing human adventure as it is an artistic one, unique in the musical landscape of the Ile-de-France region. It required the director, Pascal Escande, great energy to create, to convince, to collect and to develop the loyalty of an audience that now looks forward to the same exceptional musicians each year for the past 27 years and to complete the project to construct a new organ. This magnificent instrument of 30 keys in the classic and contemporary colors resounds in the choir of this musical sanctuary. The musical seasons bring great performers and young musicians who are making great names for themselves. And as usual, the Opus 28 will be multiple and audacious and enlighten through an interpretation that is more than just simple musical pleasure.
