Festival musical des Grands Crus de Bourgogne
Du 27 mai au 14 septembre 2008
Created by pianist Yves Henry in 1986 with the title "Bach in Baccus", and by Thierry Caens and his "Music in Chambertin" in 1987, and having welcomed such groups as Les Grandes Heures de Cluny, Musique au Chablisien and the Rencontres Musicales de Noyers, Burgundy's Grands Crus Festival is the most important festival in the region in terms of each geographical reach, musical diversity and number of concerts.
Its originality comes from the marriage of fine music and fine wine and the architectural heritage of the Cinq Cités, each with its own style, artistic strategy and wine-tasting events.
